Much has been said about current legislative actions which have the potential to impact funding for both state and federal healthcare programs. Mentioned among potential targets are medical education and access to care. The Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati President, Chris Paprzycki, MD FACS, has authored this white paper which highlights his views on many consequential aspects of Ohio Senate Bill 1. MCMS leadership has deemed this topic worthy of dissemination and shares it here to further the conversation on these important topics.
