How to read this calendar
Can students and trainees submit?
Check “Who can submit” on each listing. “Limited to” appears only when an organizer restricts who can apply, such as schools and programs in one state. No “Limited to” line means we found no limit, or the rules don’t say.
Tap “Eligibility and details” for the rules we found. “Named in the rules” means the current rules name medical students. “Reported” means we haven’t confirmed it. “Last cycle’s rules” means this year’s call isn’t out yet. Welcome to attend doesn’t mean eligible to present.
About the dates
Meeting dates cover the whole conference, and the poster session may be on any day. A late-breaking call shows next to the regular deadline. We never carry last year’s dates forward. If no deadline time is listed, ask the organizer.
Check the organizer’s page before you apply. Rules and deadlines can change, and theirs is the final word. Status updates daily. This list isn’t complete.Know of a meeting we missed? Let us know.
