MCMS Women in Medicine Summer Social

Join MCMS for a relaxed summer evening bringing together women physicians from across the Dayton region for connection, conversation, and community.

All women physicians, residents, fellows, medical students, and retirees are welcome — regardless of specialty, hospital system, or career stage.

The MCMS Women in Medicine Summer Social is designed to welcome women across all specialties, career stages, hospital systems, and practice settings — including private practice, hospital-based physicians, academic medicine, public health, residents, fellows, medical students, and retirees.

Hosted by Jhansi Koduri, MD, this relaxed summer gathering offers an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new faces, and strengthen relationships across the local medical community in a fun and welcoming setting.

Space is intentionally limited to approximately 60 attendees to keep the evening personal and conversational.

We look forward to celebrating the women of medicine who continue to lead, support, and shape healthcare across our region.
