Women Physicians Have A “Howling Good Time”

Women Physicians and Medical Students came together for a fun night on Friday, October 3, 2025 at the home of Dr. Kavitha Choudary. Dressed in costume, they were ready to jump-start the season with a “Halloween Bash”! MCMS President Jhansi Koduri, MD (Ms. Autumn!) was dressed in regaling fall colors covered in leaves that dropped throughout the evening! She shared with the group about the many ways MCMS and organized medicine can assist them in their practice life, but the winning reason for most to attend this event was to share with other women in a casual, non-work environment, offering friendship and support. These group activities provide the perfect way to just relax and enjoy the company of other physicians! Also noted of importance is the opportunity to reach out to young physicians and medical students, offering mentorship and guidance as they move forward in the medical profession.

Dr. Choudary presented a beautifully decorated atmosphere allowing everyone to enjoy great food and drinks! Drs. Dorai Kalahasthy and Jithendra Choudary graciously offered their services tending bar for the event. The food and beverages were superb and everyone had a great time!
